37.965 < Model Age < 40.455 after about 2.46 years of telomerase activation on the TA-65 scale.
Perhaps this is actually more like 45, so that we witness a 5.2 years per year rejuvenation rate
with our off-the shelf astragalus extract approach to telomerase activation.
Hair is typically 50% grey at 50. On the other hand, bone dry, my hair looks relatively grey. See photos of Sexy 60 Year Old Men,
including President Clinton, Harrison Ford, John Larroquette, Robert DeNiro, Sam Elliot
and Martin Sheen & Jack Lemmon at 64.
By this time, it seems clear that I am getting results,
although the actual rejuvenation speed involved has not been well-determined
by expensive telomere length measurements. The model age times were obtained by assuming a rejuvenation rate
between 8 and 9 years per year that I obtained from TA Sciences data on TA-65,
which is based on processed astragalus extract, probably cycloastragenol taken
5 mg/day during activation periods.

I computed that I could probably get similar results by taking about $50 worth of
astragalus extracts per month and including chitosan to improve the bioavailability
of astragalosides in the astragalus extract, some of which should be converted
to cycloastragenol by the digestive system before reaching the bloodstream.
Telomerase activator treatment goes on for 15 days, followed by 15 days of
telomerase inhibitor treatments with drugs
like resveratrol, green tea extract, curcumin from turmeric, and silymarin. Throughout
I take acetyl l-carnitine with alpha lipoic acid to combat mitochondrial aging, and
CoQ10 as ubiquinol for lipofuscin removal. In addition every day I take 3000 mg of vitamin C,
a super B-vitamin pill as a homocysteine screen featuring vitamin B-6, vitamin B-12, and folic acid,
plus 400 x 4 IU of vitamin D3, and 500 mg of extra magnesium.
Each day I get cocoa powder in
water as a chilled drink and 5 grams of arginine with perhaps 500 mg of L-citrulline to
improve my Nitric Oxide levels. To oppose lipid peroxidation, I take gamma tocopherol,
usually from peanuts. I decided to emphasize whey protein as cottage cheese and skim milk,
and to exercise daily to elevate my HGH and IGF-1 levels. I use minoxidil solution from Dillons to
combat thinning hair. I have concluded astragaloside IV skin cream from Terraternal might be
quite useful for hair restoration, as shown for telomerase activator
application to the scalp at Artandi Labs,
but so far astragaloside IV skin cream is not an off-the-shelf item here in Wichita.
The trend of things is toward something resembling the Twin Effect familiar from Special Relativity.
After years in outer space soaring along at close to the speed of light, our hero
returns to earth at 60+ to find his parent's generation completely wiped out by old age.
However, he looks more like a man in his 40s most of the time, while many of his
high school classmates from 1967 are quite white-haired. The face in the mirror
after a shower begins to resemble the face of his son. It is, however, about what he expected.
After a few more years, the difference should be even more visible, and our time-traveler
hopes to penetrate all the way through to the 22nd century in this condition or better.
Model Age spread at the 58th, 60th,
and 65th birthdays
in 2007, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013 and 2014 starting with the 58th in 2007,
using deaging lines for TA-41 (not TA-65) rejuvenation rates of B = -8 and B = -9 years per year,
plus better astragalus extract model ages with B = -5.2. All dates are computed for May Day,
since treatment started on May 1, 2007 in advance of my birthday on May 13. Δt = 6.3 years to Model Age 25.11, Calendar Age = 64.3 on August 31, 2013

Deaging Plot Corresponding to Astragalus Extract Observations after about 2.5 years.
(From 58 to Model Age 45 at 60.5 in 2.5 years, projected to Model Age 25 at 64 in 6.34 years from 58.) The observed rejuvenation rate is perhaps B= -5.2 years per year, corresponding to the top line on the chart.
At the present time, I may seem to be 45, so that at this rate I would achieve a 25 year old appearance
at about 64.35 years of age in 2013. The dotted lines are for TA-65 at -8 and -9 years per year.
Basic cost is about $55/month, including Chitosan, or $660/year, yielding $4,188 for 6.34 years to 25 at 64.
Extra money might be spent on CoQ10, alpha lipoic acid with acetyl L-carnitine, magnesium, zinc,
vitamin D, multiple vitamins, resveratrol for the off part of the cycle, and other refinements.
It seems likely that deaging with astragalus was discovered in the past,
but rarely witnessed because of the expense of implementing treatment and
the lack of a conceptual model featuring the gradual regrowth of a clocking molecule
controlling cellular replicative senescence and associated old age side effects. DNA
repair in animals very subject to predation is generally poor, so that the animal
perishes of mitochondrial aging problems, rather than of problems with its nuclear DNA.
Lives not worth living because of external predation are terminated by something other than
limitations imposed by replicative senescence.
Rodent telomeres are long enough for 6 standard rat lifetimes, while bats, little subject to predators,
live into their forties.
In the human species, life span is primarily limited by diseases associated with
replicative senescence and telomeric DNA repair. Atherosclerosis appears in old
age when the vascular endothelial cells have become senescent and more adhesive
to monocytes. Men die then from heart attack, stroke, and cardiovascular disease.
Carcinomas appear when the cellular environment allows telomeric
crisis to occur, such that chromosomes fuse at their endpoints when telomeres
have become disasterously short, shrinking beyond the first stop point associated
with senescent cell cycle arrest. Similarly, the microglial cells derived from
hematopoetic stem cells that clean up
brain debris become senescent, allowing inflammation to occur leading to Alzheimer's
Disease and other disorders associated with dementia. With controlled telomerase
activation to repair and re-extend telomeric DNA, these effects can be eliminated.
Careful attention to all factors involved in aging may now be capable of eliminating
or vastly reducing human death from old age. At the End of Evolution,
our external machinery and mental apparatus continued to develop, now evolving
advanced limbs in the form of automobiles, airplanes, and spacecraft, while
our expanding insight into molecular biology and medicine began to turn our bodies into life extended
forms subject primarily to accidents, storms, and wars and much less to diseases
of old age. In the future, evolution will be more carefully managed and

Anti-Aging Flight Plan (reminiscent of My World Line by George Gamow). Δt = 6.3 years. Here Model_Age = Bt + Starting_Age, B=1 for normal aging, B > 1 for accelerated aging,
B=0 for no aging, and B < 0 for rejuvenation, or negative aging. Here initially B= 1 for
normal aging, then B= - 5.2 years/ year during the deaging phase, followed by B=0 zero aging

About this time the S.Monocerotis skywalker
above the Cone Nebula crosses the meridian. Note the "Cross of Years" formed by the 110 and 122.45 barriers. There are thousands
of Americans over 100, of whom hardly any will get though the 110 year barrier without medicine.
Although Superman did not always seem to have great business sense, he did show great largess.
