Press for Telomere Remodeling with Cyclic Telomerase Activation. In February 2011 I used Terraternal Astragaloside IV (100 mg/day) for the rejuvenation application for the first 15 days of the month, plus a couple of bottles of GAIA Herbs astragalus root extract in glycerin (green label, 1 mg astragalosides per 30 drops), which I applied to my scalp. I dropped alpha-GPC to raise HGH levels for parallel pathway activation of hTERT, relying on arginine instead, as it also functions as an HGH secretagogue at high doses. This February 2011 I used 10 grams of arginine per day during the first 15 days of the month in order to stimulate the thymus gland and rejuvenate endothelial progenitor cells. Otherwise, I followed the routine from the prior month, except that I used high vitamin D levels only during the final 15-day telomerase inhibition periods, as I confirmed in February that Vitamin D3 is a telomerase inhibitor. I tried to follow Kang's advice on nicotinamide [Links], which has extended life spans of cells in the lab by a factor of 1.6. (See Kang HT, Lee HI, Hwang ES (2006), Nicotinamide extends replicative lifespan of Human Cells, Aging Cell, 5(5): 423-36.) This is due to fewer telomeric repeats lost per cell division, so that cells can divide more. This month I could obtain 500 mg capsules of Now Foods nicotinamide (niacinamide) (niacin), which I added to my usual 4 daily Super B-Complex pills including 100 mg of niacinamide [Links, also called nicotinamide], in addition to other B-vitamins and material functioning like a homocysteine shield against atherosclerotic plaque. I took the nicotinamide recommended by Kang 500 mg in the morning and 500 mg before bedtime. I also used whey protein, another HGH secretagogue added to arginine to kick HGH up as high as possible to get higher hTERT mRNA levels to support telomerase activity (7). However, unless I get behind heavier iron, nothing much will happen to my physical size from doing pushups, curls with light dumbells, and other light exercise, although my HGH levels are high. I had to do 35 pull-ups with 100 lb chained on to get 19 inch arms back when I was really doing some bodybuilding. Creatine monohydrate could usually get me through sticking points, which is how I pressed 300 lb at 48. Caloric restriction, however, ought to eventually produce a leaner, more photogenic look. I don't know why I find caloric restriction such a devilish challenge.

Telomerase Activation On Period (1st 15 days of the month)
100 mg Terraternal Astragaloside IV per day (2 x 50 mg capsules at bedtime),
4 mg astragalosides/day to the scalp as a telomerase activator,
____GAIA Herbs Astragalus Root Extract, 30 drops per 1 mg astragalosides.
10 grams arginine as an HGH secretagogue and telomerase activator via Nitric Oxide.
Whey protein as an HGH secretagogue. HGH activates hTERT mRNA transcription.
Rosemary, including Rosemary tea (extract) and Essential Oil of Rosemary nasal inhalent.
Low-Polyphenol diet (tuna, skim milk, grapefruit, pineapple).

Every Day of the Month
1 or 2 Equate multivitamin pills.
3000 mg of vitamin C/day, 500 mg per serving, distributed over the day.
500 mg x 2 of Nicotinamide (Niacinamide)/day (Now Foods niacinamide).
100 mg Qunol Ultra CoQ10/day (a Wal-Mart brand claiming x 3 bioavailability),
4 x (200 mg alpha lipoic acid + 400 mg Acetyl L-Carnitine) Spring Valley.
4 x Acetyl L-Carnitine) Super B-Complex tablets, Spring Valley.
____4 x (150 mg vitamin C, 100 mg vitamin B1, 20 mg vitamin B2, 25 mg niacinamide,
____2 mg vitamin B6, 400 mcg Folic Acid, 15 mcg vitamin B12, 3.8 mcg Biotin,
____5 mg Pantothenic acid, Liver powder 100 mg, Brewer's Yeast 100 mg.)
4 x 400 mg Magnesium, with 15 mg zinc (15 mcg vitamin B12, 3.8 mcg Spring Valley).

Telomerase Inhibition Period (Last 15 days of the month)
4 x 2000 IU, vitamin D3, Super Strength, Spring Valley.
Green Tea every day to the scalp as a dihydrotestosterone inhibitor, foils hair loss.
3 x 2 tablespoons Coca powder in ice water, taken like tea.
4 x Green Tea Tablets (EGCG 60 mg, chromium 100 mcg, apple cider vinegar 500 mg,
____Citrus Aurantium 300 mg).
8 x 200 mg Red Wine Complex (contains Resveratrol), Spring Valley.
4 x 1000 mg Omega-3 Fish Oil, Spring Valley.
1 x 3 mg Melatonin (Spring Valley Tablet) at bedtime.
Curcumin from Turmeric, taken in water with black pepper to improve bioavailability.
High-Polyphenol diet (tends to generate anticancer telomerase inhibitors).

Anti-Aging Flight Plan down to Model Age 25.12 on August 31, 2013 at Age 64.3.
Here Model_Age = Bt + Starting_Age, B=1 for normal aging, B > 1 for accelerated aging,
B=0 for no aging, and B < 0 for rejuvenation, or negative aging. Here initially B= 1 for
normal aging, then B= - 5.2 years/ year during the deaging phase, followed by B=0 zero aging
until Madame Jean Louise Calment's 122 years, 164 days record is exceeded at 2071.9634 AD,
which should be right at the Winter Solstice when shadows are shortest about Dec 22, 2071.
About this time the S.Monocerotis skywalker above the Cone Nebula crosses the meridian.

Note the "Cross of Years" formed by the 110 and 122.45 barriers. There are thousands
of Americans over 100, of whom hardly any will get though the 110 year barrier without medicine.

Longevity. Music: Silver Thunderbird and Walking in Memphis by Marc Cohn.

"If the radiance of a thousand suns
Were to burst at once into the sky,
That would be like the splendor
Of the Enlightened One..."

- from The Bagavid Gita, also quoted by J. Robert Oppenheimer.
