Math Model Age: 19.9 years (now unrealistic).

I used colostrum with folic acid and green tea on my skin this month. My basic program is defined in pics2013may1.html. This August I used astragalus and other telomerase activators (Hawthorn, Milk Thistle, Fenugreek, Black Cohosh, DHEA), some, but primarily relied on exercise with creatine monohydrate for cAMP, carrots for retinol and phosphodiesterase inhibitors such as luteolin from celery to rejuvenate senescent cells. In addition, I used HGH secretagogues.

Seems to need some dieting to tighten up. Did 120 pushups in late July on the 3rd set, set my record of 130 last June 2013. Taking longer workouts with more sets, using creatine monohydrate during the workout to boost cyclic AMP. Exercising for neck rejuvenation morning and evening.

Still hoping to develop more definition. Crystalline good looks help my morale, but it requires determination to get stony crisp. Still too cheeky. Prefer to be as rocky as an Olympic gymnast. Before I took this afternoon photo I put on some colostrum solution mixed in green tea with extra folic acid, which makes skin turn out tighter. I still have some problems with platysmal banding that may well go away with better definition.

Dieting.
July 31, 2014. Age 65.3.
Showing slightly craggy teeth. I dieted using tuna, salmon (a good DHA source), apples (apple polyphenols, quercetin), raw pinapple (bromelain), and onions (benfotiamine, quercetin) in sauce on soda crackers, drinking green tea, black tea, or coffee. Need to restore olive oil skin rubs for my proteasomes. A high-resolution TV image system "strike a pose" in the "Rhatigan" WSU Student Union has me looking worse. I need a new camera. Some witnesses think I have invented anti-aging photoprocessing.

Benefits of Exercise with Dumbells at 65.13 (Revised)
Using a pair of convenient 55 pound dumbells most of the time with just 6 or more sets per muscle, I am fairly muscular and athletic-looking. I use a split routine that covers the body in 3-4 days. I try to take a workout long enough to maximize elevation growth factors and cAMP, rather than taking several smaller workouts in a day. I have been exercising my neck with tensive flattening movements to combat platysmal banding. In addition, I do neck raises with perhaps 25 pounds of plates to work muscles under the chin. I get the impression that better definition helps platysmal banding, and have tried wrapping my neck to sweat it out. I feel that with a more rigorous program in a weight-room I could recover my 19 inch arms and acquire better definition at 65. Heavier weights are required to get the size up than are convenient to use outside of a gym. There are 15 different endogenous telomerase activators that are expressed via exercise, plus Akt expression that depresses high FOXO levels leading to cellular senescence. Exercise also converts ATP to cyclic AMP, which lowers caveolin-1 expression to prevent or reverse cellular senescence in the presence of EGF or PDGF growth factors (both telomerase activators) elevated by exercise. Supplements exist to further elevate exercise-induced telomerase activators. Note that IL-6, which works well to promote hTERT mRNA transcription in dermal fibroblasts as well as in leukocytes via activation of STAT3, can peak up very high levels with 3 hours of continuous exercise. Pumping up tight helps, because the associated lactates function as histone deacetylase inhibitors to expand chromatin in the cellular nucleus for transciption of hTERT mRNA. Atherosclerotic plaque must be kept low with a low triglyceride diet and homocysteine blockers to pursue bodybuilding when elderly, preventing most strokes and heart attacks. Taking fish and skim milk reduces the intake of the wrong fatty acids leading to stroke and heart attack experienced when eating meat and poultry. Note that high testosterone from exercise and supplements promotes reverse cholesterol transport, reducing atherosclerotic plaque accumulation. Sugar must be limited to prevent glycation hardening of the arteries that can lead to a subclavian aneurysm, a sudden painful ballooning of hardened arteries near the heart that can be experienced by an elderly ice-cream eating weightlifter during bench presses. Glycation damage from sugar taken after a workout to elevate insulin may lead to Alzheimer's Disease, which recently claimed Larry Scott at 76. If the heart beat and blood pressure are normal, the arterial plaque is probably quite minimal, so that one can more safely exercise as an elderly specimen if a low sugar diet is pursued and no hardening of the arteries exists. Some Swiss cheese may be taken for a strong source of vitamin K2 to prevent calcification hardening leading to aortic stenosis. For the skin I have been relying primarily on colostrum solution mixed in green tea with extra folic acid, a 2nd coat of extra virgin olive oil, and astragalus extract for the scalp. My basic program emphasizes 2 weeks of telomerase activators followed by 2 weeks of telomerase inhibitors with anticancer nutraceuticals such as ginger, garlic, and milk thistle extract. The mainstay during the telomerase activation phase is 33 grams/day of NOW astragalus root plus several grams of Fenugreek seed before bedtime, with Hawthorn extract, a DHEA testosterone-booster, and up to ten grams arginine throughout the day. I recommend adding tribulus to induce melanocyte-stimulating hormone for restoring hair color, but I can't always afford it myself, with everything else I am taking.

This month I tried to improve the performance of telomerase activators with histone deacetylase inhibitors (HDAC inhibitors) such as lactates from exercise. This should improve the performance of telomerase in mesenchymal cell derived connective tissues including bone and cartilage.

Anti-Aging Flight Plan down to Model Age 25.12 on August 31, 2013 at Age 64.3. Δt = 6.3 years.
Here Model_Age = Bt + Starting_Age, B=1 for normal aging, B > 1 for accelerated aging,
B=0 for no aging, and B < 0 for rejuvenation, or negative aging. Here initially B= 1 for
normal aging, then B= - 5.2 years/ year during the deaging phase, followed by B=0 zero aging
